What gets published here (Malaysia)
The rule every page on mnx-malaysia.com is built on: a figure carries a source and a read date, or it is not printed at all.
Open an FxPro account →One question, one page, one answer
mnx-malaysia.com exists to answer the practical questions a Malaysian reader asks about Monaxa before money is involved: where the client portal actually opens, what has to be finished before a withdrawal can be requested, what a margin calculation needs as input, what the registered entity behind the brand is. Each page takes one of those questions and finishes it. Nothing on the site is written or approved by the broker, and the broker does not see a page before it is published.
That narrow scope is deliberate. A page that tries to be a general review ends up repeating the broker's own marketing, because marketing is the only material that covers everything. A page built around one question can be checked line by line against what was actually read, which is the only standard this site can honestly hold itself to.
The rule that decides whether a number is printed
Every changeable figure on this site — the minimum deposit, the leverage ceiling, the number of account types, the response time stated for the complaint form, the state of the brand's own sign-in address — is recorded with the page it was read from and the day it was read, and that record is printed next to the figure. A figure that cannot carry both does not go on the page.
The consequence shows up most clearly where a number is missing. No withdrawal processing times, no per-method limits, no swap values and no per-account spread or commission tables appeared on the broker's public pages when they were read on 15 September 2026 — the single exception is one headline spread figure, from 0.0 pips, published for the Zero account alone. A guide that wants to look complete fills those gaps from another guide or from memory. This one prints the gap instead, says where the real figure lives — usually the instrument specification inside the terminal or the account conditions in the portal — and stops there.
That one figure is handled like every other read term: quoted with its source and the date it was read, and labelled as something the broker published rather than something measured here. This site measures no spreads, no execution speeds and no withdrawal times.
What a page will never do
- Tell a reader what to trade, when to trade it, or with how much. The pages describe how things work and where they break; they give no personal advice.
- Promise an outcome. No page here suggests that a deposit recovers, that a withdrawal will be approved, or that any figure will hold.
- Claim an authorisation for Monaxa that the brand does not publish, or soften the absence of one. Where a register was checked and carried no entry, the page says so and names the register and the date.
- Present a number without saying where it came from, or a third-party account as if it were the broker's own statement.
- Ask for credentials. There is no sign-in form anywhere on mnx-malaysia.com and never will be.
How a page changes after it is published
Dated facts are re-read on a fixed cycle and sooner whenever the broker's own pages, a register or a reader-visible change suggests the figure has moved. The most perishable fact on the site is the state of the brand's sign-in address, and it is re-checked first, because it is the one most likely to be wrong before anything else is.
When a fact changes, the read date next to it changes with it — that date is the receipt, and it is the thing a reader can hold the page to. If a primary source says something different from a page here, the primary source is right and the page is wrong; the date printed next to the figure tells you exactly how old the disagreement is. This site publishes no inbox and runs no helpdesk, so that check against the named source is the route a reader has, and it is stated here rather than dressed up as something more. The site was last rebuilt on 2026-09-15.
